Do you allow pets?

No pets are allowed in the building.

Do I need renters insurance?

Tenants are required to have their own tenant’s property and liability insurance coverage. Tenant property and tenant liability is not covered under the landlord’s building insurance.  Many tenants have purchased from Square one Insurance and BCAA.

Is parking included?

Residential parking stalls are limited if a spot is available the monthly parking fee is $25.00 

Are Utilities included?

Heat, electricity, and cable are paid by the tenant.

The security deposit is half a month's rent, due at the signing of the rental agreement.

No. Smoking is prohibited all throughout Kenbar Apartments. This includes balconies, suites, building common areas, anywhere else on the property and within seven meters of any building openings
